Admin Console

Now that Owl has been deployed, the demo datasets have been Owlcheck’ed (we ran the demo.sh script completed in the “Running your first Owlchecks (validation)” section ), creation of a few simple rules, we have to start to think about how to enable security to users who need access to the owl web application. The central control point for Owl admins begins with the Admin Console as depicted in the screenshot below. To get to this dashboard click the Owl icon -> the Gear icon -> Admin Console.

The left hand icons are shortcut links to different operations within Owl that we will explore a bit later.

The right hand icons have to do with securing access/enabling access for users and integration with your corporate wide security infrastructure such as Active Directory.
